What's Your Thouhts On This One...?

I've got a site that's just under one month old.

It's targeting a fairly low competition keyword & is well optimised for the keyword.

The site is indexed in Google, if I type the URL in or Site: then URL into Google, my site & some internal pages are shown in the results.

However...

My site is not listed in the Google search results when I look for it using the main target keyword.

When I type the keyword into Google there are only 63 pages listed. When I search through all the pages from 63 to 1 my site is nowhere in the listing.

Is this normal for a site to be indexed but not show up on any of Googles pages?

Could this be happening because my site is fairly new?

Or does this look like I've been sand boxed?

This happens to me all the time. I just start building links, then they eventually show up. Also by 1 month, all my inner pages show when searching "site:".
