  No, you get a list of high PR sites where you can get a backlink.

Hi derh,

There are products that automate building forum profile links, like SENuke or Rank Builder.

They don't exactly use Angela and Paul's backlinks though, as they have their own list. But it's basically a similar thing if that's what you are looking for.
