    I do enable "Average CPC" in the Google Keyword Tool for a pre-screening.

    Google adwords keyword tool can do it for you but as you are using above services, i doubt if Google keyword tool can fit your needs because i think you want to get information about your competitors keywords. But i myself use Google adwords keyword tool and its good enough for me. If you have not tried it yet, I suggest you to test it.
