On page includes-

Meta description
Sitemap
Robot file
Url renaming
Url redirecting

Off page includes-
Article submissions
Forum posting
Blog posting
Blog commenting
Guest Blogging
Press release
Web2.0
social media optimization
Social bookmarking


Besides these all activities one thing is also necessary i.e "Patience".
Because it takes time to get the results of all these activities.

    This is a basic list, there are of course many more methods to use but these are the main/most important ones.

    You should focus about 10% for on-page SEO and 90% offpage SEO.

    Once your onpage SEO is done, it's done. Your offpage SEO should never be finished
