    I will give you a little hint
    Analyze other sites with good ranking positions, they usually contain several .edu (instant) blog post links.

    Finding .edu and .gov websites which you can insert comment on them is easy. But theres not any special technique that helps you to find auto approve .eud and .gov websites unless you check them manually.

    Any site you find where you can do this will also be found by porn, pharma and other mass link spammers. When the site is overrun by spammers the links from the site will be devalued even if the site itself retains authority.

    Also, don't buy into the myth that .edu and .gov links are somehow magical. They aren't. In many cases, they do have some overall domain authority but this is also true of sites on other domain types as well.
