You should submit atleast once each week to a maximum of 4-5 each week. Steady flow of articles will give you steady backlinks which is very important from SEO perspective

Yeah 1 article at week at 50 a day should do you nicely.

Don't do what I did at the start.

I submitted like 30~50 UAW at 50 a day in one big go on a brand new site.

I got sandboxed real quick.

it doesn't matter what pattern you choose, as long you can keep it up...

if you want 3 articles per week, than you better keep it up

UAW is so powerful, you need really watch your link power..
increase number articles slowly...

test for 10 articles per day, wait 2 weeks see results..
than increase 15, 20... that way you save you time on the articles...

people are working way too much.... Less means more..

More links sometimes can really hurt you....
