More Random Anchor BLs VS. Less Targeted Anchor BLs

Hey Guys,
I'm fairly new to link building and I'm about to purchase my first blog commenting package for a new site. I'm looking at two packages:

Package A) Offers 250 blog comments with unlimited keyword anchor text and URL matching for $20.

Package B) Offers 2,500 blog comments for $15 but randomizes the anchor text and URLs so there is no guarantee that the keywords hit the intended URL.

All other factors seems to be the same, both have good reviews but neither guarantee PR or relevance.

To give you a little background on the site, its a product niche site something like PatioChairSpot.com on a new domain that's only 3 weeks old now. I haven't done any link building other than 5 Ezines and about 30 blog comments. It currently has 24 pages (21 indexed) and I will continue adding one page a day until I hit 50 or so. Right now I'm averaging 20 uniques a day and I'm ranking anywhere form page 1 - 10 for each keyword with a few beyond page 10. Each page targets their own low comp long-tail like: leather patio chairs, wrought iron patio chairs, wood patio chairs, etc.

For a site like this, which package do you think would offer the most benefit?

Also, I plan on deploying the package once every two weeks along with one weekly article submission to Ezine and Article Ranks, is this enough consistency for a new site? Any thoughts on how often I should deploy these two BL strategies would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
