Blog commenting issues...

Hello all,

I am new to seo and have learned that blog commenting is very good for getting backlinks.

My results have been dismal.

In the last 2 days I have spent about 11 hours looking for PR 3+, do follow, commentable blogs.

Forget about even trying to find "do follow" blogs. I am just trying to successfully post on a blog.

Out of 26 posts I have only successfully posted 2 and I don't even no if they were "do follow" blogs.

After my attempt to post, I usually end up on a white blank page that ends with the url of:

wp-comments-post.php

I don't know what this means but when I verify to see if the blog posted, I didn't see my posts so I assume they did not post?

When my 2 posts did stick, it was only when I left a root level domain (http://domain.com) instead of a subpage domain (http://domain.com/keyword-I'm-trying-to-rank-for) as my url.

Are we not allowed to leave sub level domains as the url?

This is so frustrating!

Lastly, there has to be a better way to find high PR, do follow, commentable blogs/sites.

I tried Comment Hut but I can't see that it's working. I'm still auditioning Free Blog Commentor.

I would think this is an easy thing to do. Am I wrong?

Can anyone show me please?! I'll even pay you to show me how. At this point I don't care I just need to be able to do this.
