If you want to improve your knowledge about seo, this forum ans some other webmasters forums are the best places. Or you can buy a seo book too and read it. But if you want to know the useful softwares for optimizing your pages, i myself tried IBP. Also SeoQuake plugin for Firefox can help you to analyze pages of your website or your competitors.

I believe that SEO is not only in the means of material things or the technology that we have own today, Its the experience that we have gained from it and the effort, patience and hard work that simply describes what SEO means to us. just for me.
