    1. Yes you can - and it's a good way to get business without paying for the actual click - although this can affect you CTR - but not much..

    2. No you can't - you must always display you domain.

    Also check ad extensions as G are running some tests in certain areas for phone numbers

    Using Phone number is allowed and i have seen many Ads which entered their phone number in title or description of their ads, but you must enter your domain address.
