Very often when one are commeting on high PR blogs/pages , the comments stay there for a limited time and ends up on pages with N/A.
If the comment is indexed when staying on the high PR page, will it lose the PR juice next time the Google bot finds it on the N/A page?
Will a link on these high PR pages be a completely waste, making your own PR fluctuate a lot?

If the link you made by inserting comment on a high pagerank blog/website and after a while admin removed your link, its clear that Google doesn't count it as a backlinks for you more and it will not effect on your pagerank more.
And if the page you have made backlink from, loss it's pagerank after a while, it can't help your pagerank to be improved.
But both of above cases need that Google updates pagerank, then they will be effected.
