bog page and static page same.

Recently i have created a micro niche site using the wordpress and clickbump template. I have followed the tutorial/ documentation for the installation of clickbump template. Every thing went fine I made the blog post and made it stick ( there by making it the home page )according to the documentation and the site got indexed. Now i having a problem the site has home page and blog post (which I made sticky ) both indexed . Will this cause duplicate content penalty how to remove this bogpage from getting indexed.

    If you have your own blog page then start using some SEO technique to promote your blog, you can do either blog commenting, link baiting and keyword research.

    • Might need some paper to go with the "bog" page.
  • Do you only have one post on your website and this post is in both home page and another page?
    I mean when you post more on your website, links to older posts from home page will be disappeared and you only have one indexed page for each article. Many websites have this problem and i think it doesn't hurt your ranking and Google doesn't consider it as duplicate content.

    • Sorry I actually messed up the title I mean blog not bog .

      I have a main blog post and made it sticky so that it will become my home page ( actually it stick to my home page ) but both the home page and the blog post (both are same content ) got indexed so is there any fix i need only my home page to get indexed and not the blog post.
