Goolge will never re-open banned accounts.
You can use your same site for applying new adsense, apply with your family member name with some minor changes in address.

If you want to try best alternative of adsense then pm me, there you can easily get $1-3 per click.

I ever read case about this.

You can email their support asking why you are banned, explain the situation.
If you have good explanation and proof, they will unban your account.
    Good luck.

Some of the advice here is just ROTFLMAO funny.

        Google is no fool.

If I had $10,000+ waiting for me, I'd of taken better care of it.
But then, that $10,000 was actually bogus, wasn't it?

What makes you think that Google would allow you to re-open a new account with the same site and same name? Obviously there was something going wrong with the site or you in the first place.

Bans for invalid activity are the worst. In most cases the publisher was doing something they shouldn't have.

I have a hard time believing that you earned $9800 Euro's yet you are unfamiliar with Google's stance on invalid activity and account closures. Nothing personal, but I'd be willing to bet that you had something to do with that invalid activity.

Anyone able to generate $9800 Euros would in most cases be very familiar with the Adsense program policies and account suspensions.

Time for you to move onto another monetization strategy, because Adsense is definitely out of the question at this point.

        2500 clicks a day, 60 days, that's 150,000 clicks!

Using the current conversion rate, you are getting 8 cents a click.

Since that's a dang low number for such a kick @$$ site, I'd say that
sums it up. You must have had tons (and I mean boat loads) of invalid clicks.

Even at a low ball 40 cents a click, that would mean 32,000 clicks. That means
about 120,000 invalid clicks over 2 months.

Even at a very low 20 cents per click, thats 64,000 clicks, leaving almost
        90,000 invalid.

        Rough numbers, to be sure.

The only thing we all should be surprised at is how they let you go on for
        2 months.

  • Forget about the account. Go and open another one because adsense account banned for TOS violation can never be re-opend. Create a new site and do the following:

    1. make sure you as well monitor the type of visitors that come to your site. If they are the type of visitors just clicking ads without buying, it could be assumed that you are carrying out adsense click fraud. Your site visitors can be monitored through Google analytics installed on your site.

    2. Monitor your CTR. A sudden increase in CTR could raise an alarm that there is a strange activity on your site with respect to adsense ads. If you get a sudden increase in CTR, send a mail to adsense support (this can help in case of future investigation on the adsense ads on your site)

    3. Check the placement of your adsense ads. Did you place images too close to the ads? This could draw too much attention for your visitors to just be clicking on the ads for fun

    4. Check the way you promote the site. If you buy traffic from just any source, this could lead to high adsense clicks by people who never had the intention of buying or knowing about the adsense ads offers

    5. If your friends or family know about your site, tell them not to click the adsense ads. Family and friends usually visit sites of a known person and lack of understanding of adsense ads make them to click those ads the way they like. It could be that Google discovered that some the adsense clicks on your site were coming from some specific IP addresses. This is enough reason to investigate and conclude that click fraud is going on.

What I have said may not be all. But make sure you take your site visitors seriously. Do not just be concerned about receiving visitors to your site. You should also be concerned about what they are doing there.

      Agreed.

However, I do remember seeing somewhere in the Webmasters Guidelines or whatever, that you can in fact contact adsense support for any reason.

And in my opinion, Google allows you to run adsense so they can make money. So they WANT websites to have adsense on them. But they want the advertiser to get the traffic they're requesting.

If your site is about 'hiring a personal trainer', you should attract that type of visitor to your site. If you have a site about 'your momma jokes', your visitors should be interested in that sort of thing.

If you send traffic like pop-under traffic, any form of black/grey-hat traffic (ex. ptc sites, buying untargeted traffic (adwords or otherwise) in an attempt to get clicks, software bots, etc), or any other form of untargeted traffic to your adsense ads you'll get slapped.

If you think you can just get another adsense account, and run adsense on the same site WITHOUT fixing whatever conflicting issue your site has with adsense, you're not going to accomplish anything.

Mind sharing where your traffic comes from? Maybe I or another Warrior can steer you in the right direction towards fixing your site's issue.

I would say, if it's even possible to unban an adsense account for your reason, you will have to fix your site or your site's problem before trying to contact Google.

Actually, once a website and publisher have been banned from Adsense, the site will never display Adsense again. Even if you were to sell the website to someone, that person wouldn't be able to display ads.

When Google disables your account, it also ads the site to a blacklist so it can never run ads again. I believe the only way around this is a reconsideration request, but I'm not sure about that.

The best chance you have to get your account back and ads back on the site in question is to win your appeal with the Adsense team. Not many people come out on top of the appeal process. Unless you can demonstrate that you took proactive measures to protect advertisers and can prove with documentation that you did the right thing, you can kiss that Adsense account goodbye.

If you want another Adsense account, I would recommend opening a business and applying for an Adsense account with the business information instead of your personal information. Even then though, the site in question won't be able to display Adsense.

Either try a different form of monetization, or start a new site and 301 redirect the old site to the new. Besides that, you're pretty much screwed with regards to Adsense.

I've hardly ever read of anyone getting a banned account back.

            Try Adbrite.

Things like MFA sites on high paying topics like Mesothelioma would definitely attract attention, as would a constantly high CPR.

This is not true bud. I've sold sites before where my adsense account was banned. The potential buyer contacted Google before finalising the purchases, and they replied that it's not an issue to place Adsense again as long as it's a new owner.

Why wouldn't you just setup an LLC then, with a new Adsense account?

As far as G knows you sold the sites to X-LLC (yourself).

Even if you are a big earner, your earnings are a tiny tiny fraction of what they bring in total from Adsense and other revenue streams. They honestly don't care at all about your money. They're here to provide quality search results and superior internet solutions - that's always been their goal and always will be - which is why G is the best out there. Not saying I favor their methods, but they dominate the search market. Your $5000/month (which is very high) is miniscule compared to their gazillion dollars per day earnings...

Google closed my account a couple days ago. It was a total bs reason. The reason they gave was the websites need to offer unique quality content and be easy to navigate. My sites were blogs and a lot of the content was unique articles I wrote and articles I bought. The rest was user submissions. I see sites every day that are a ton worse then the worst site I had running adsense. I am sick of putting up with them but they are they highest paying company so I will probably have to get another account.
