Showing up in ther serps is all about volume, consistency and anchor text. To really dominate the SERP's you need to have thousands of links with great link variation and keyword variation in your anchor text. The best way to get lots of links and get them done right is by having a dedicated team of backlink specialists working on your site. To get them i usually go to either two sites. www.odesk.com or www.backlinkteam.com. ODesk is great if you know alot about backlinking and can communicate those instructions to your team. You will need to manage your team on Odesk pretty closely as they will pretty much just create the same types of links and most wont be relevant or generate lots of traffic with quality posts in forums and blogs. backlinkteam is great if you dont know much about SEO or proper techniques and want someone to manage your offshore team for you.
