Google Webmaster tools question

Anyone else had any of there websites suddenly have "no information" in Webmaster Tools under search terms or links to the site?
I have a site that's several months old, backlinkswatch says I have 445+/- backlinks (been stable for a couple of weeks) and I'm in position #11 in the Google result for my keyword.... but for the past 2 days there's been no information for just a couple of areas in WT.
It's actually happening for 2 sites of mine right now...but not the others.

If you didn't loss your ranking on Google search engine. its no problem and it can be temporary error or because of updating database or something like it. But if you lost your ranking too on Google, the situation differs.
