i am thinking to rank a domain in SERP and rent it to offline biz.my question is how can i pass the link juice to my client's domain?301 will do it?

    OK, it sounds like you have conflicting ideas. You want to rent out your ranking domain and then pass on link juice to your client's site? Its got to be one or the other an I think you're talking about the latter. In the case of renting out links you simply put a link (not nofollow/noindex) in on your ranking page with the anchor text that you are ranking for.

    This doesn't mean that the offline biz will rank for that keyword but that's how you pass on link juice.

      yes i will rank the domain on the 1st page for a keyword.will show to the client,when he agrees i will redirect to his site that url.
