Hello all,
I am a student and learning about the SEO field. I just want to ask you what is the difference between Pay per click and pay per visit?
Thanks in advance!

PPV is Pay per View which simply means when an ad/link is viewed

PPC is when the ad/link is actually clicked

PPV works very much the same way pay per click did, except that now you were paying for how many times your ad showed up, not necessarily clicked.I largely consider ppv to be the new cousin of pay per click. Those starting with larger than average budgets starting off used pay per click (typically). Similarly I have seen intermediate marketers spending thousands on pay per view making about double their cost in profit meaning they spent nearly as much as they earned.

Think about how much each ppc costs for the most popular keywords such as ‘cheap loans' or ‘diet pills'. The most popular search terms cost dollars for each click. Some advertisers pay hundreds of dollars each month on their ppc advertising. However, ppv advertising is two or three cents per view. This is a massive difference. Its targeted advertising at a much lower cost.
