There are quite a few software suites capable of dragging in traffic - some more expensive than others. Depending on what the program is called we can't really help you here.

I have not heard from such software yet and you should introduce it that we can check. But i myself don't trust to such promises. No one can guarantee the behavior of Google and maybe this software works and maybe doesn't work. What are the abilities of this software that they promised it to you?

They may have you bring up your page rank by using proxy but I doubt you will get any real visitors.
