Tools to submit ALL links from your site?

Hi everyone... I am wondering what the quickest and easiest tool I could use would be for this task. I have extracted every url from a rather large site of mine. I would like to social bookmark or ping or otherwise get noticed (to get indexed) each url. Obviously, I don't want to individually bookmark these links. Is there a piece of software or other tool that will take the whole list and run through them? Or mash them together (they are NOT RSS feeds)?
