Do we consider that the sites having low Alexa Rank have high Page Rank?
What is the difference between the two?Will both consider only the Traffic and back-links? All comments and any more tips for gaining website traffic will be greatly appreciated!!

    PageRank is only dependent on backlinks, so although Alexa ranking and PageRank are positively correlated, there is no direct influence of one on the other.

    You can have a site with zero visitors and a PR10 PageRank. Doesn't exist, but it's possible. More common, probably, are sites with PR6 PageRank and 0 visitors.
