Should I Optimize Amazon's Title In Each Post For Keyword?

I have researched keywords for posts' titles but my list has some duplicate keywords. If one keyword can be relevant for one post's title, it can also be relevant for another, because same item is for sale with little feature differences.
If i have same title in 2 or more posts, will that be considered as duplicate content? Or Google only looks in body for sake of determining duplicate content?
