New here. How do I know if my most recent post that I placed onto my site is indexed? I am waiting for my posts to be indexed before I submit to EZA.

Thank you much!

In a Google search box, type "site:article url here".

    Jason,

Copy a unique sentence from the post and put it in quotes "" into the Google search box.

    If it comes up...it's indexed.

Check the card catalog. If it's not in there, the librarian hasn't indexed it yet.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

  • Usually search engine's takes time,to display the newly added items, wait for the process to happen, because for a single day there will be lots of submission going on,..If you want to look at your post which is indexed type "site: posted url"in the search box of google...

Is there another way aside from these methods that are posted here or these are the available ways to know when your post is indexed.

I just take the post stats and google them in quotes. Like "Posted in Marketing SEO by Matt LaClear : December 20, 2010 - 11:03pm"

    Works like a charm.
