Although 99% of search engine users will have visited search engines before, and they do have preferences set up by google, so maybe they have visited a few sites already that will make you site rank #2 but in all actuality scroogle ranks it #1. You will never get a perfect setup for everyone in the world, but scroogle is as close as it gets.
