1. You ping the profile. I wouldn't suggest leaving posts on the forum though unless you want to get banned for spamming.

2. I would say ping all of them. But it is preferable to let google discover your backlinks by itself and come back to ping the rest of the backlinks not discovered by google in 2 weeks.

If you ping them, you will get penalize by google faster!!

Don't get burdened with pinging all your posts and your profile. Just continue building backlinks everyday, as much as you can. However, don't do spam as this would be bad in Google's eyes and might run the risk of getting your sites and backlinks de-indexed in the search engine..

I'll tell you what to do, I do it and it works period.

1 - Save every single URL that contains your backlink. Everytime you make a sig or profile link, save that URL.

2 - If the location you left your link has an RSS feed, or can be turned into an RSS feed via Yahoo Pipes, do that and save that URL.

3 - Go to onlywire.com and bookmark every single one of the links you built.

4 - If you got RSS feeds, or have created one, submit them to a bunch of RSS directories.

5 - Bookmark the RSS feeds, or single RSS feed you created at onlywire.com

6 - Enjoy.
