Recent Micro Niche Finder Errors?

Is anybody having errors currently when researching keywords? As soon as i start researching, i get dialog boxes asking me to answer "Yes" or "No" if i want to run scripts on page. Then when it retrieves "Phrase Match" counts, it stalls and then tells me that they could not be retrieved and "Syntax Error".

I cannot work like this!

    Okay i made it to work, but on my second laptop with Windows 7. Technical support told me that to make it work on Windows XP, i need to upgrade to latest service pack.

    ticked and they helped me soon after.
