Got banned by invalid clicks?

Hey guys, everyone doing fine?
I recently bought a complete website(autoblogging) from techolife or technolife whatever.
Then, I momentize adsense in it.
For the first day, I earn $0.38 from a click within 200 page impression.
Later, I did not get anymore earning from it.
So I decide momentize other website as well.
Nothing seem to had changed.
I see no income for few days already.
And an e-mail from adsense this morning, telling I caught from invalid clicks activities.
Got no idea what happen, I've never click the ads before.
But I have one big problem here.
The current ISP i'm subscribing provide us a sharing IP.
Which it will randomly change every few mins.
I wonder if this is related.
Any advise, appreciated.
