what are the best e commerce platform's an how to creates sites like these Designer Clothing at Armani Exchange Gap.com designed just like that in that style an E Commerce etc.

Not the Brand Or Niche But As An Example I could be Selling Cat Litter but want a site looking like that / E Commerce.

Does same E Commerce Platform help you with design or a totally different company i know shopify.com does something like that but i want a site look like these two i have mentioned here.

You can use any e-commerce system all you need to do is to develop customize template for that. Get a good graphic designer or a company to do the professional work,

It's very hard to get all the functionality out of a shopping cart like the ones you gave as examples. Of course you can make your site look how ever you want but what about the functionality.
