Second, does anyone know about this BlogBot product BlogBot | Easily Create, Manage and Post to Word Press Blog Networks Right from Your Windows Desktop

OR

Have a better suggestions about a tool that does the same thing or even a better job?

should I go for BlogBot or does anyone has a better option in mind?

Blogbot is OK, but it doesn't come preloaded with a lot of good options. I use it for populating a bunch of my linkwheel sites, but that's about it. If you're looking for something to use to update already0created blogs, then it's a good option, but if you want it as a quick fix, it isn't really that useful. And it only works on Wordpress blogs.
