SEO Spyglass - Pathetic Customer suport

Just wanted to have a bit of a moan.
I've been trying to buy SEO Spyglass for a few days now - but there is always a problem with processing my order.
Their customer support is absolutely non existant.

Does anyone know of another way i can purchase this or are there any other alternatives that are just as good if not better?

    I used to be an affiliate for Plimus, the company that owns SEO Spyglass and their affiliate program sucks equally as bad. I dumped all of it.

    They sure are helpful when you want to pay them though I bought several licenses from them and they needed to setup a payment form for it. It was done in an hour after I asked them about it.

    When Yahoo API falls off the face of the Earth (2012ish), SEO Spyglass will go with it. Just a heads up.
