Is there a way to search google for, say, only PR3 sites? Or only PR3+ sites? I'm not the greatest at creating parameters within a search on google, but I'd imagine there would be a way to do so.

As far as I know, you can't find them directly from google, you need some extra tools to do that. What would you do to those PR3? do you want to leave backlinks or something?

Use firefox with SEOquake and you can sort your search by PR.

i am just looking to ask people who own specific blogs if they'd be interested in selling blogroll links.

Get ScrapeBox. You can do that easily.

Or for a much slower process use Firefox + SEO Quake with your Google search settings set to show 100 results per page.

With the seoquake plugin on, click the little arrow that appears under the google search bar after you search.

You might more luck looking on digital point for link sellers.

    I think I have solution.
Simply you install 'search status or link extend' in the add on tool of Mozila firefox. Then search a site and thus the tool shows the page rank of the site whether it is 3, 4, or 5 rank.

    May be it helps
