Public Commenting on Google Search Results

I just tried making my first public comment on google search results. It seems like an interesting feature, though I am not sure how one can see comments by others yet. They also have a new feature to allow you to promote or remove search results from your searches. Anyone tried these features yet? Do you think these features will play a role in SEO in 2009?

This has been covered in many posts here already...

No, this has nothing to do with SEO,

The rearanging/comments features are FOR YOUR EYES ONLY...

You can only see the changes you make by being logged into your google account...

This may be true (or not), but this is another way google is collecting data about what users think about sites. I have heard people say that traffic data is also not part of google's algorithm, but there is reason to dispute that too.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Not heard of this before, what does it involve, and what do you get out of it in the end?
