If Adwords account got suspended, will the Adsense account be suspended as well?

I would like to know if a person using same login email address for both of his Adwords and Adsense account, if his Adwords account got suspended (for whatever reasons), will his Adsense account affected and get suspended too?
This is the message which i got.
