Reliable keyword tools?

It seems the difference between google adword tool wordtracker, and and keyworddiscovery is to far that I don't know which one to follow... Any idea which of these is reliable?

  • I use Google Keyword Tool. I like features for targeting, like country and language targeting & filtering.
