How Can We Find Out The Competition For A Large Keyword List

I've got a list of keywords that came from Google's adword tool that I'm trying to find out the
true competition for that has the keyword in the title which software will do this.

          There's a good tool from WebFighter. It will import a text file and depending on the keywords return how many times the keyword appears on a website, be it broad, exact, phrase, intitle and inurl.

            smartsites, I tried pasting them into MS & it just hangs is there another
            way to do it if so can you be specific as to how to accomplish it.
