How Do I Create A Sitemap?

This is not a WP site or a static site is is script driven with no rss feed. How do I create a sitemap when it has several thousand pages?

  Nice but only spiders 5000 pages. I am up in the neighborhood of 130,000.

I have found GSiteCrawler useful for automatically creating a sitemap.

A1 Sitemap Generator can handle 130k URLs, but you *may* need to configuire it, so it does not collect extended data (defaults to store data about how all URLs interlink etc. to each other)
