Those are good ways to index a site faster.

I use scrape box and RSS aggregators if I want to index pages that many.

  Can you elaborate on the process you would use to set up the rss feed and then where do I submit it? Is there a service that will submit the feed to multiple rss aggregators?

  Sure. Here's what I do:
  
  1) Convert my list of URLs to an RSS feed using Links2RSS. Tip: Do not post too many URL's in one single feed. I use 20-25 links and I always spin the title and description.
  
  There is a bot that I used a few months ago that automates the process of converting this...I think it is called icerocket bot. This bot also gives you the spinning feature of Links2RSS. Don't know if it is still working properly.
  
  2) Submit your RSS feeds to top RSS search engines. There are several softwares for this like RSS Submit. There are also free ones out there like Extra Labs RSS submit (although I haven't used this one yet).

Will I have to put them in one by one with ping-o-matic? Won't that be a problem if I do 430 pings, Iwas told not to over ping.

I absolutely agree that getting your hands on a high PR site is the only way to do it. Although I heard that Google is trying to cut it because people who list hundreds of reciprocal links on their pages. If they do, will change how many pieces of network marketing. The best way to GetIndexed Google.

Its best if you own the own the site then you are in total control. Pinging, RSS and other methods are are a hit and miss. You could spend ages and valuable time and still not get the backlinks indexed.

As an alternative, you could use a free web 2.0 or a blog platform where your posts / site are on high PR pages on a regular basis in the form of 'Latest Posts', 'Hot Right Now', etc. An established blog with decent posts and nice looking pics often does the trick.
