Google Backlinks,.how to get it?

To warrior's members..anyone know how to get backlinks from google?If having backlinks on google it is means it give a better ranking for my site compared to other types of links,,example from web2.0 site?I tried a lot of backlink method but i didnt get any backlink from google at all.:confused::confused:

    • The OP is talking about getting links from Google instead of from anywhere else... I don't think one or two profile links counts

    • Absolutely right. Just login to your Gmail account and you can leave 2 anchor text link in your profile.

  • No wonder i cant get any backlinks from google..thanks Andyhenry,Leanne King,Amy Garrison,jhonsean for the answer,,but how about page rank>?i ever have a post that ever go to the page 1 of the particular keyword however my page rank still 0..can i know how to improve it>?

    • I happen to completely agree with you. In the end its content that will bring people back, that will make them sign up to your list and subscribe to your RSS Feed.

      I just think that using every available tool, without breaking your budget, to get backlinks can be the smart way to go, depending on your budget.

      ..........and that includes the more mundane stuff like article writing, web2.0, website directories as well as the more grey hat ways of getting links.

    • Well if thats the case, then remember this. Google only shows a tniy % of the links they find. Use Yahoo Site Explorer to find more, but they don't give all of them either.

  • Actually you can get links from Google, not sure of the value though. Try posting in the help forums for WMT and Analytics. I get about 3 or 4 referrals per day from google.com
  • You can't get backlinks from Google, but Google has the information and tips on how to get backlinks. Try and check it.
