Just thought I'd pass on some tools I have found helpful:

Website Marketing SEO Score Tool - A simple website analyzer with some helpful tips for your site

Page Rank Checker: Free Top Rankings Position Check many countries Google search engine results position (SERP tool) SEO web tool - A nice worldwide SERP checker.

Check Page Rank! - Nice PR checker and validator when exchanging/purchasing links

Backlink Checker - Nice but limited way to see what sites link to you and their associated PR's.

Copyscape - Search for Website Plagiarism and Duplicate Content Online - Check to see who is copying your stuff and take action.

https://adwords.google.com/select/Tr...timatorSandbox - Nice traffic estimator. Type in the keywords you want to estimate, maximize your budget and you'll see what Google sees as potential traffic. Usually used for Adwords but nice to use for estimating niche markets for website development.

Unlimited free .edu and .gov links - Nice article on link development for any niche.

SeoDigger.com - Gives a search estimate for specific keywords to your niche at different SERP standings. Nice.

Google Penalty Advice for Webmasters - Good list of things to be careful about so you don't get a Google penalty.

Making An RSS Feed - Search Engine Watch (SEW) - Article on creating an RSS feed for your site.



None of these sites are mine (I wish they were) but I have found them all useful in helping my sites SERPs and I hope they can help you.

    • I tried Website Grader a few weeks ago...Website Grader is a useful tool. It opened up my eyes to some SEO problems I had.

      I fixed them and finally moved from position #2 for my keyword to #1 and still holding.

      So, I thinks its a great Free tool.

  • Great list, I actually use some of the tools you posted.

    One question, for the backlink checker, does it show the real backlink that google use for page rank calculation?
    The reason I asked is that backlink checker shows the same result with the ones from google web master's, but when checking with link:mydomain.com its not showing the same amount.

    Anyone know about this? thanks for the answer.
  • very great source for seo tool, thanks for share them with us. Seoquake is also one great software for the seo
  • Seoquake is also a great tool, but I use search status from SearchStatus | Firefox SEO Toolbar Extension instead.

    search status is simpler and lighter than seoquake, it's a firefox and mozilla extension that can show you google PR, alexa rank and compete rank. It also has option to highlight nofollow links.
