Backlinking strategy with Amazon products

So I'm going to be creating small niche sites where each page on each of the sites will be some sort of review for a specific physical product. So each page will have 1-2 keywords that I'm targeting.
What I'm confused about is what I backlink to for each product review. The domain main page? Or the specific URL for that specific product that I'm trying to promote? Should it be a mix of both?
For instance... I have my articles set to drip feed out. I only have one article posted to it right now. I've been backlinking to that specific article where my anchor text has the keyword I'm targeting, say my keyword is "Superbroom 2000"
Would it be just as or more beneficial to backlink to the domain main page with the keyword "Superbroom 2000" in the anchor text? That way it can give link juice to all the other product review links on my main page?
Or should I just keep backlinking to that specific URL with the Superbroom 2000 with the keyword in the anchor text.
That seemed long winded lol... Hope I got that out right!
