Looking for a good SEO company to get me to first page

Tried working with another company but it didn't work out due to miscommunications. So looking for someone else who can help me get to the front page for my keyword. Right now I'm on page 2, looking for an extra boost.

    Maybe we could do a barter situation.

    I need banners dramatically and can use a few review sites set on sub-domains to blend with my main sites.

    And...I can get you were you want in the serps with converting traffic. You can get at the top of the search engines but it does you very little if it's not in front of converting traffic that buys what you have to offer.

    Any SEO company can provide these services but all of this group always say that they can make you on top1, I think it will take time to achieve this its a long term process.

    What do you need to be accomplished in order to get to Page 1? Is it content on your site or is it off-site work?
