Is it ok with google adsense TERMS OF SERVICE to use 3 blocks of google ads on the same page AND to include other advertisements / affiliate ads from different advertisement networks, all on the same page?

Im not sure but sounds like you might be going a bit overboard with the ads. Click through rate goes down hugely if your ads are in the visitors face too much. Just something to think about ;-)

well, it depend of how your organize your ads on the page
however, the more important point for me now is not to get banned by google adsense, is it ok with their TOS to place more ads from a different network - together with their adsense ads on the very same page?

I know I've been using adsense in conjunction with other affiliate ads on my sites no problem. I wouldn't think it would be against TOS, however I would make sure the page doesn't look too cluttered with ads.

Be careful with questions like these as you may get assumptions or bad information. If you do get banned, you're done with Adsense, so make sure you clearly understand the TOS.

Google allows other ads providing they don't "look like" Adsense ads. From Adsense support (https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=48182):

"In order to prevent user confusion, publishers may not display Google ads or search boxes on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads."

I strongly suggest anyone using Adsense take the time to actually review both the TOS and Program Policies.
