Well let me say that your site is looking terrible, but that is not important now... You are going wrong in a way that you have only skyscrapers and only one block. I would suggest you to put one wide banner above the video and one in the midle of videos/content. You must remove those borders from ads to and that click here to download have to me moved away from add block or you will get banned.

One more thing...how are you getting your traffic if you dont have any backlinks there???

ok thanks alot for the advice ill change those things and get to work on my site. i have been paying more attention to my other site meaning that the funnyyoutube videos has been very neglected.

i use social media mainly at the moment and i get some traffic from yahoo

you might want to try switching to image ads as well.
They would blend better with the content of your site.

Make it blend as much as possible within the page as a whole.

What is traffic source? PPC or Natural?

Some PPC traffic is horrible and not even real - just a scam.

Certainly fix your look.

definitely work on your ad positions, try throwing one up between your main video and the 3 underneath...I had 37 page views on one of my sites today and 7 clicks..and thats a Low CTR for that site..its usually around 25-30%...its all about the position and blending

Your ad position is good. For this position, you can expect a 10 - 15 CTR initially and increase it by further fine tuning.

For such sites, Search Engine traffic results a better CTR than SB referral traffic (from my experience) but not a big difference. You may try SE traffic too
