Problem with Wordpress 3.04 and Theme Install?

Hi Warriors,

Recently I have setup a new site, and I have updated to Wordpress 3.04. Anyways, I have installed a theme into it. At first, it looks great in Firefox, Safari; however, when I try my site on IE, it seems the sidebar misplaced!

Just wondering, is it because the theme could not support the new version of Wordpress? Or I did something wrong with it? I have tried few themes, and results just the same. Please kindly share your thoughts!
