From what I've heard, Bing weighs site age more than other sites, so if your site is new it may be just a matter of time.

Bing seems to take longer, but then again I've never submitted my site to them. When they were known as MSN it took them longer to spider your site, and even longer to deep spider the inner pages.

    Bing is easy!

They love EMD names & keyword URLs, do a keyword search for just about any niche & look at the domain names in the Bing SERP.

The only thing I ever try & rank for is Google, Bing/Yahoo just happens on it's own.

I second this. I have several EMD's and they rank amazingly well in Bing/Yahoo. I have one site with very few backlinks that ranks numero uno solely because of the keyword being in the domain.

Bing seems to love my sites on a whole though, which is why I get a big ol' grin on my face when I see M$ pouring so much money into advertising their search engine.

I have a site that ranks in the top 5 for a couple search terms in Google, but ranks #11 and #12 for the two search terms that I am targeting to get into the top 5! Their is a lot of strong competition for my terms, but am ranking in the top 5 in Bing for almost every single keyword - including the 2 search terms I'm having trouble with in Google!

Bing has been nicer to me and is much easier to rank up high in the SERPs for competitive keywords. This is just my experience. On the other hand I have a couple Micro Niche/Adsense sites that rank #1 & #2 for their targeted search terms in Google, and don't rank for crap in Bing.

I found this side-by-side Google/Bing comparison/breakdown for the search term "SEO Services" to be pretty interesting. The top 2 results from Bing and Google for "SEO Services" are compared below.

Interesting stuff here... It seems like Google has been giving SERP preference to the lamers who are keyword stuffing and walking tip toeing along the dark side... I have ALSO noticed this recently when I was doing some competition research... I thought it was a fluke! WTF the Google?!?

        CHEERS!

Very good info from the above comments here.

Mostly true. Bing likes old domains and cares about the target keyword(s) being in it.

We find that Bing traffic (and Yahoo! is VERY close to the same now) really comes in heavy after 2.5-3 years, so patience is a biggy with them.

Weird that someone mentioned getting traffic from Bing first before Google. All our domains get Google traffic first.

If you read some other threads in here you will find the general consensus is that Bing is easier to rank for new sites/exact domain names...
