Bookmark demon Help reveal the simple approach

Hi,
Im posting this out of desperation more than inspiration.
I have been using Bookmark demon for about 2 months to no avail, I have recently bought bookmark coach pdf which was highly useful, however im still completely unclear on a few aspects, and please could someone here in the forum help me out.
1. Firstly when beginning the account and email creation process. How many specific email accounts, and BM accounts does one recommend using. Would one email account be sufficient to use with an account across all the sites in BMD.
2. Is it recommended to use one email across all the accounts or different emails
3. Also when setting up accounts across all the bookmark sites do you use the same ip address on all the accounts or not?
Really looking forward to some feedback here, as it will help me move forwards and i can imagine it will help others in a similar position. Thoroughly looking forward to any input.
