Although my site is ranking 2nd on google's first page, I was not satisfied for its PR 0 despite of hundreds of thousands of backlinks I generated within almost 5 months.

Today, I checked my site and it has PR4... The biggest PR jump so far in my network of sites... Some sites that are not regularly updated dropped to PR1 and even PR0....

Congratulations and I'm glad that you've made it! I believe the key here is to be consistent with link building process since no one really knows how often Google update pagerank. The pagerank may have been changed internally on Google but you'll never know. Most webmasters are expecting a PR update and don't notice a huge increase in SE traffic. This is because Google is consistently refining and updating various ranking factors!

Great work, a jump to PR4 is an awesome effort, an a great feeling!

Google takes months to update Page Rank so your efforts were not being wasted, Google just hadn't been updating you.

Keep up the link building and your site should increase in PR if you are still getting high quality backlinks

I am really amazed with statergy. Why people become mad for PR. If your website PR is 5 but your SERP ranking is not good then is it beneficial?

    Try to get SERP ranking

PR 0 to PR 4 is a nice accomplishment, but there was something like 9 months since the last major update. We used to see them do more like 3 to 4 months between updates. So maybe for some since much more time had passed you might see bigger or larger jumps in rank. Nice work.

SEO lands your website on the first page of Google and other search engines. Giving you heaps of traffic that will soon be your buyers. However, there may be others out there offering SEO services but what Google doesn’t like is “spam” looking processes. If the top search engine senses something unnatural with the process, your site will automatically be removed on their page.
