Indexing Issues - Joomla to Wordpress

Hi Everyone,

I am very confused on a few issues I'm having with my site.

I changed my site from Joomla platform to Wordpress, well, because Joomla sucks IMO and was still seeing some pages from Joomla in googles index. So, a few weeks ago I stupidly followed someones suggestion to edit my robots.txt file to disallow *?* type url's but there was an error in the code with a trailing slash, bla bla bla. So this resulted in all my pages being de-indexed and no longer being crawled except for my sitemap.

Well as of 2 days ago I edited the robots file, so now I am seeing STILL some of the old joomla pages being indexed. I have looked high and low on my site, and pages etc.....I have no idea where these pages are and how I can get rid of them. These pages are nowhere in my sitemap, so I am very confused.

Would someone be able to analyze my site and give me some tips? I would really appreciate it.

canadarates DOT ca (sorry I can't post links as I'm a newb

and here is an example of a URL that shows up in my webmaster tools -
canadarates DOT ca/?view=category&id=6%3Arelated-projects&option=com_newsfeeds&Itemid=49

Bottom line is that I am trying to clean up these errors and hopefully get more pages indexed. I've had articles up on my site for months that aren't indexed.

Thank you!
