Publishing an Ad via Market Samurai

I just have a very quick question for those of you who use Market Samurai for publishing affiliate ads in to your websites.
I am building an ad as we speak for an Amazon product. In the page where I add the link it asks me for two thing.

Account name:
Affiliate name:

I know my affiliate name, but what about my account name??:confused:
Is that my email adress?

Fast answers will be much appreciated as I am literally almost finished with the ad.

        Yes, I am.
        The reason for this is due to my course. This is what they told me to do.
        It is working great, I am just in a pickle since I'm such a newbie.
        I have no idea if my account name is what they gave me, which is also my affiliate name, or whether they want my email.
        Account name is a broad term, and I don't want to mess things up.
