Protecing My E-mail Address

Someone, please tell me what I can do to protect my e-mail address from spamers, since I use Contact Form 7 on my blog for people to contact me. I don't want my e-mail address to get harvasted by spammers, is there something I could do that would help me accomplish my goal?

If you are using a contact form then your email address is safe.
