Depends on your targeted keyword and competition. Just because you are indexed does not mean that your site will be found in the first 10 pages of Google. Process can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 year, there are tons of factors that play a role.

22,700 results if i type my keyword in without quotes...
but then if im page 10 (my googlepage has 100 links each) so thats only 1000.. where are the other 21700 then???

but i want to say also its a three word keyword
but 2 of them are like very common words, it shows for both seperate 800mil and 2700mil results lol

if i typ my three word keyword at eachother then my sites popups but not if i add a space between them

    thanks!

The remaining pages are omitted for good reason. . And you will see a number on the last search result page. . Its your true competition. . And dont need to worry about your site, it will come up in search results after a few weeks depending on your competition. .

Sandboxed is a process instigated by Google in 2004 which de-indexes your site until a human reviweer can look at it. There are a lot of causes but in my experience over- optimization is a major factor. Over-optimizarion will undoubtedley have short term results and being sandboxed is not desirable.

Mistakes that mean your page is over optimized.

Repeating the main keywords in the body
of the article to increase the keyword density.
ideal keyword density should be about 2- 2 1/2%

Getting backlinks from low quality sources or with
the same anchortext. having a lot of backlinks
    from unrelated websites.

Using the bold and italic typefaces repeatedley on the
    main keywords of the page.

Creating footer links with optimized anchor texts
to point to the internal pages on the website.

First time hearing that this method is negative for SEO.... Many sites (which have professional SEO specialists) are using this method..for example skype.com

My silly guess, those sites are all older and have more street cred than your site does which is why they are all passing you up in the SERP's.

Do a site:mysite.com google search and see what pages are actually indexed. You might find that only a few pages are indexed which is why the rest aren't showing up.

Could be that your onpage SEO or something is wonky as well.

Give your site some time and some love and it'll start showing results. Most importantly, show some love to each individual page. Social bookmark, backlinks etc.. Your website is not a monogamous relationship between you and the index page.
